What You’ll Be Doing
- Cheerfully greeting all customers and making them feel comfortable the moment they enter
- Listening to guests and guiding them through their activity choices with patience and a caring attitude
- Assisting with check-outs, accurately accepting payments (cash or card)
- Keeping shelves and activity areas tidy, sanitized, and inviting at all times
- Pitching in during special events—setting up craft tables, helping with sign-ups, and ensuring fun and safety for everyone
- Answering customer questions, handling minor complaints with tact, and making sure every guest leaves smiling
- Occasionally helping with restocking or light administrative tasks as the day calls for it
