Introduction

Ready to take your technical know-how to new heights—literally? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Cradle Technician to join us in Oud Metha, Dubai, playing a key role behind the scenes of the city’s ever-evolving skyline. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys hands-on work and the satisfaction of keeping complex systems ticking—while ensuring everyone’s safety from the ground up—this opportunity might feel tailor-made for you. High-rise maintenance is no small feat, and your expertise could make all the difference.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic team specializing in building services and solutions for Dubai’s bustling skyscraper landscape. Here, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we solve tough challenges every day, whether that’s during morning toolbox talks or celebrating after a tricky job is completed. Safety drives every aspect of our operation, and we believe in supporting each other—no egos, just honest, skilled work. You'll find us a friendly bunch: proud of what we do, serious about our standards, and a little bit competitive about our free lunch ping pong tournaments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, dismantling, inspecting, and servicing suspended access cradles on high-rise buildings.
  • Performing routine and emergency maintenance to ensure all cradle equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues as they arise—sometimes in the middle of a particularly busy shift.
  • Conducting regular safety checks and inspections, keeping meticulous records of equipment status.
  • Training building staff on proper operation and safety protocols for installed cradles.
  • Responding promptly to breakdowns or urgent service requests, occasionally at unusual hours.
  • Coordinating with fellow technicians and supervisors to plan and execute projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving safety regulations and integrating them into daily practice.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of suspended access equipment (BMUs, cradles, or similar).
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting... and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Proactive approach to safety, with a track record of following or exceeding site protocols.
  • Willingness to work at height (and the calm nerves to match).
  • Team player attitude; you communicate clearly and know when to step up during a tight job.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related trade.
  • Previous experience on major high-rise projects in the Gulf region.
  • Knowledge of both English and Hindi/Urdu for site communications.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package with performance incentives
  • Fully covered accommodation close to the work sites
  • Reliable company transportation for work and commuting
  • Comprehensive medical insurance—you’re covered, on and off the job
  • A supportive, close-knit team that values safety, fairness, and personal growth
  • Opportunities to work with some of Dubai’s most iconic buildings

We believe that skilled hands build the city—and we take care of our people. Here, you won’t just be another number. There’s room to grow, a variety of projects to keep things interesting, and a team that respects what you do. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to new heights, we can’t wait to meet you.
