About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined spending your afternoons surrounded by creativity, laughter, and the buzz of inspiration? We’re searching for a friendly, welcoming female team member to help run our creative hub in Abu Dhabi’s scenic Al Bahiya neighborhood. This role is perfect for someone who loves art, enjoys working with kids, and thrives in an environment where no two days are quite the same. If you’re looking for work that feels meaningful (with a side of glitter and paint!), you might just find your next adventure with us.
About Us
We’re not your average art space. Gracia Farm’s Creative Hub is where families, neighbors, and curious minds come together to make, learn, and connect. Our team believes in sparking creativity in the community—whether that means guiding little hands through a messy workshop or simply ensuring visitors feel right at home. Evenings here are fueled by laughter, the clatter of paint brushes, and the occasional spontaneous singalong. Mondays? Well, that’s when we recharge—everyone needs a break to dream up the next big idea.

- Creating a warm, inviting environment for every customer who walks in
- Answering questions, handling inquiries, and making everyone feel included
- Managing payments smoothly and responsibly at the front desk

- Assisting with workshop set-up, supporting instructors, and keeping things tidy during and after sessions
- Keeping the space organized, from arranging supplies to making sure chairs are just right
- Helping out wherever needed, because we’re a team above all else
