This is a full-time, on-site role nestled in the vibrant Al Nahyan district, perfect for someone who’s equal parts people person and tech enthusiast. About the Company
We’re a fast-moving tech startup with a love for beautiful design and a passion for seamless digital experiences. Our mission? To make it simple for businesses in the interiors world to connect, collaborate, and grow via our cloud-based platform. The team is tight-knit and hands-on — we celebrate small wins, swap fresh ideas over coffee breaks, and aren’t shy about demoing new features (even if the dog pops into a Zoom call). We value curiosity, accountability, and a proactive attitude. You won’t just be a cog in the machine here — you’ll help shape our company as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboarding interior design companies onto our platform, with patience and plenty of personality
- Supporting users every step of the way — answering questions, solving minor hiccups, and being the friendly face they remember
- Keeping a close eye on our app’s performance; you’ll spot issues early and flag them before anyone else does
- Troubleshooting technical problems — sometimes it’s as simple as a reset, sometimes it needs deeper digging
- Acting as the bridge between users and our developers to suggest, test, and track improvements
- Managing our suite of cloud-based projects and servers, balancing stability, performance, and expansion
- Documenting new processes and best practices so our ship sails smoother each week

- Fluent English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in customer-facing or onboarding roles
- Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
- An interest in interior design trends (you don’t have to be a designer, just curious!)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
