What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly, helpful first point of contact for all client inquiries received via phone and email
- Qualify new leads by warmly gathering key information and understanding each client’s needs
- Provide detailed, up-to-date information about our property listings, services, and the Dubai real estate market
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our CRM system — keeping things tidy and organized
- Liaise regularly with our sales and leasing teams to ensure client handovers are smooth as silk
- Follow up on pending inquiries to keep conversations moving and relationships strong
- Handle client concerns or questions with empathy, patience, and professionalism (even on “tough-call” days)
- Continuously problem-solve to ensure a seamless experience for everyone who reaches out to us
What You’ll Bring
- A genuinely positive, can-do attitude and a knack for putting people at ease
- Excellent spoken and written English — you express yourself clearly, no matter the channel
- Previous customer service experience — ideally in real estate, hospitality, or another client-facing environment
- Comfortable using CRM software and modern office tech (we’re all about efficiency!)
- Strong attention to detail — you catch the little things others might miss
- Ability to multitask and stay calm, even when the inbox is busy and the phone won’t stop ringing
