What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming passengers at the airport, providing clear, friendly, and efficient assistance
- Managing bookings, inquiries, and special requests over the phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Coordinating with drivers and dispatch to ensure prompt pick-ups and smooth operations
- Handling payment processing and record-keeping accurately (yes, sometimes things get hectic!)
- Resolving issues with patience — whether that’s last-minute flight changes or unexpected customer needs
- Offering suggestions and going a little further than expected to delight our guests
- Upholding our reputation for punctuality and world-class service at every interaction
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality, travel, or transport sectors a plus)
- Comfort using basic office systems, with a knack for quick learning
- Strong spoken and written English (additional languages are a definite asset!)
- A friendly, confident attitude, especially under pressure
- Eligibility to work in the UAE (we’re open to both residents and visitors)
