About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself thriving in a fast-paced environment, where every conversation is a chance to make someone's day easier? As a Call Center Agent with us here in Deira, Dubai, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the voice (and heart!) of a team that truly values reliability and genuine customer care. In a city that never really slows down, we appreciate individuals who can juggle multitasking with a smile, even on the busiest days.
About the Company
We’re a diverse group dedicated to putting people first, both inside and outside the company. Our workspace in Deira pulses with energy—if you enjoy a setting where there’s always something happening, you’ll fit right in. While we celebrate professionalism, don’t be surprised to find hearty laughter during break times or friendly banter between teammates. Consistency, respect, and growth aren’t just words on our wall—they’re the qualities we live out every day. And yes, that “team lunch” rumor? It’s true: food always brings us together!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers—sometimes you’re the first voice they hear from us!
- Listening actively and figuring out solutions, even when requests don’t follow a script.
- Providing clear, friendly, and accurate information about our products or services.
- Logging conversations and important details into our system without missing a beat.
- Handling occasional tough situations (think: customer under stress), keeping calm and collected.
- Following up on queries when needed, making sure no one feels forgotten.
- Cooperating with team members to share tips, feedback, or even a much-needed morale boost.
What You’ll Bring
- Outstanding communication skills in English (additional languages always a bonus).
- Confident with basic computer programs (if you can handle email and simple data entry, you’re on track).
- A genuinely professional attitude—punctual, polite, and always ready to help.
- The ability to stay cool when things get busy or challenging; you don’t sweat the small stuff.
- Already living in the UAE and ready to start soon.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 depending on your experience and skills.
- Standard UAE benefits: Paid leave, health insurance, and other perks compliant with labor law.
- Supportive, tight-knit team—including managers you’ll actually want to ask for advice.
- Modern, accessible Deira office (easy commutes are a real plus).
- Opportunities to build a career in customer service—or branch into other departments down the line.
- Regular team events, small celebrations, and a culture that notices your hard work (and rewards it).
We believe happy team members create the best experiences for customers. If you’re looking for a place to grow, connect, and make an impact—one call at a time—this might just be your next move.
