  • Keeping detailed, accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Suggesting room upgrades, special services, or amenities where appropriate
  • Supporting special campaigns or promotions when the hotel is buzzing with excitement
  • Occasionally translating or interpreting for guests (if you’re multilingual, it’s a bonus!)

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus, too!)
  • Friendly, approachable manner (even on the busiest days)
  • Comfortable with computers and basic data entry
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to guest needs
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Inside UAE and ready to join immediately

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive tax-free salary (AED2500 – 4000, based on experience)
