We’re on the lookout for front desk receptionists, customer service champs, and cashiers to join our five-star Rove Hotel at City Walk, Sheikh Zayed Road. About Rove Hotel
Here at Rove Hotel, we believe the best hospitality starts with great people. We’re a tight-knit team known for making everyone — guests and colleagues — feel right at home. Our energy? It’s contagious. Friday evenings might find us swapping travel stories over coffee in the lounge, or brainstorming ways to “wow” our guests just a little bit more. We’re growing fast, and we love ideas, ambition, and authenticity as much as we love our legendary breakfast spreads!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests warmly and make those first moments memorable — you’re the face of Rove.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently, ensuring every detail is just right.
- Respond to guest questions (sometimes the same ones, sometimes totally out-of-the-blue ones!) with patience and real warmth.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately at the cashier desk.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to keep everything running smoothly — teamwork is second nature here.
- Handle guest requests, from extra towels to booking city tours, with a can-do attitude.
- Keep the front desk area polished and organized — a welcoming hub for guests and teammates alike.
- Tackle any guest concerns quickly and proactively; turning issues into happy memories when possible.
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, approachable manner — nothing beats a genuine smile.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, multicultural settings (Dubai is a melting pot and so are we).
- Organized, with a knack for multitasking and keeping calm under pressure.
- Clear communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays — hospitality runs 24/7!
- Freshers absolutely welcome — bring your energy, and we’ll show you the ropes.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude go a long way!
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary from AED 3,000 to AED 6,500 based on your experience.

- Generous annual leave to recharge and unwind.
- Diverse, inclusive team where “all nationalities welcome” isn’t just a line — it’s our reality.
- Ongoing learning and development — we want you to grow with us.
