What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a smile and ensuring they feel comfortable and directed from the moment they arrive
  • Managing incoming calls — routing them efficiently, taking clear messages, and never letting things slip through the cracks
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming, so it always sets the right tone
  • Assisting with daily front-desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and basic documents
  • Supporting other administrative tasks for various departments as needed — every day brings something a little different
  • Maintaining daily visitor logs and basic records, using standard computer applications
  • Jumping in to help colleagues with light office coordination and event support whenever required
