What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every member and visitor with a welcoming attitude, making them feel instantly recognized and valued
- Handle check-ins, new membership registrations, and manage the daily flow at the front desk
- Answer calls and respond to member inquiries, whether it’s about classes, facilities, or membership details
- Keep the reception area immaculate — fresh towels, organized documents, and a vibe that shouts “top-tier”
- Manage bookings for classes and PT sessions, ensuring smooth schedules for coaches and clients
- Tackle everyday issues with grace — from misplaced lockers to unexpected requests
- Collaborate with trainers, cleaning staff, and management to ensure seamless daily operations
- Occasionally lend a hand at special events, member appreciation days, or gym challenges
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A naturally warm and engaging personality — you genuinely like helping people!
- Prior experience in customer service or a front desk/reception role (fitness or hospitality is a bonus)
- Great communication skills — you’re comfortable chatting in person, on the phone, or over email
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail (you’re not fazed by a busy shift)
- Basic computer literacy (membership software, Google Suite, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of gym operations or the fitness industry
- Multilingual — especially English plus Arabic or another common Dubai language
- CPR/First Aid certification
