What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism, whether it’s face to face or over the phone
- Listening closely to customer needs and pointing them in the right direction
- Handling customer queries and helping resolve any hiccups quickly and efficiently
- Updating records, forms, and databases with careful attention
- Collaborating with your teammates and stepping in to help when things get busy
