What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests like they've just walked into your home — not a transaction, a genuine greeting.
- Take orders accurately and confidently, and know the menu well enough to guide guests who can't decide (they'll ask — trust us).
- Serve food and beverages with proper sequence and timing, because a perfectly timed plate matters as much as a perfect dish.
- Captains: lead your station, coordinate with the kitchen, and keep service flowing when the dining room hits full tilt.
- Hostesses: own the first impression — manage reservations, seating flow, and that delicate art of making every guest feel expected.
- Food runners: be the bridge between kitchen and table, ensuring every plate arrives hot, correct, and beautifully presented.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with grace, looping in your supervisor when needed — no one expects you to solve everything alone.
- Keep your section clean, set, and camera-ready at all times (yes, guests do take photos).
- Work as one team across stations. If a colleague is drowning, you jump in. That's non-negotiable here.
