What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every customer with warmth (sometimes you’ll be the highlight of their day)
- Operating cash registers or POS terminals accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer inquiries and providing clear, friendly assistance in person and over the phone
- Replenishing shelves, keeping your workspace tidy, and ensuring our products look inviting
- Monitoring and managing transactions, ensuring all payments are processed smoothly
- Collaborating with colleagues — from restocking to special promotions, we pitch in together
- Flagging customer feedback and suggesting ideas to improve service (we actually listen!)
- Supporting new teammates and learning from more experienced staff as you go
