What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting clients and guests—first impressions really do count, and you make them memorable.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Resolving queries, addressing concerns, and providing up-to-date information on services and procedures.
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions using internal systems—accuracy matters!
  • Coordinating with different departments to offer seamless end-to-end support.
  • Gathering and relaying client feedback to help us continually improve.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring all their questions are answered promptly.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, call center, reception, or a client-facing environment—ideally in Dubai or the region.
  • Friendly communication skills—with an ability to stay calm and collected on even the busiest days.
  • A knack for solving problems and thinking on your feet.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software or systems.
  • Professional fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends if needed.
