What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests: Set the tone with a warm welcome, whether at the front desk or on the phone.
- Checking guests in and out: Handle arrivals and departures with efficiency and attention, making sure every detail is smooth.
- Responding to inquiries: Answer questions about our hotel, services, local attractions, and more—no script, just authentic helpfulness.
- Assisting with guest needs: Solve problems, anticipate requests, and go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments: Keep communication flowing to maintain high standards.
- Handling reservations: Manage room bookings and changes, sometimes juggling a few at once (your inner multitasker will thank you).
- Supporting teammates: Whether you’re lending a hand during busy periods or covering a colleague’s lunch break, you know we’re all in this together.
