If you’ve got a passion for hospitality—whether you’re just starting or well on your way—Reddison Blu Hotel might be your next chapter. Right now, we’re growing and looking for friendly, reliable customer service staff, front office professionals, receptionists, supervisors, and guest relations team members to help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Company

Reddison Blu Hotel isn’t just a name—it’s a gathering place for visitors and locals alike, nestled right in bustling Media City. What sets our team apart? It’s the mix of ambition and warmth you feel in every corridor and conversation. We believe that every interaction, whether it’s a guest’s first greeting or a spontaneous “good morning” in the lobby, shapes what people remember about their stay. We’re big on teamwork, and yes, we celebrate wins—small and large—with Friday recognition shout-outs and the occasional team breakfast. Growth is happening fast, and we’re excited to welcome new faces into our diverse crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests: Set the tone with a warm welcome, whether at the front desk or on the phone.
  • Checking guests in and out: Handle arrivals and departures with efficiency and attention, making sure every detail is smooth.
  • Responding to inquiries: Answer questions about our hotel, services, local attractions, and more—no script, just authentic helpfulness.
  • Assisting with guest needs: Solve problems, anticipate requests, and go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments: Keep communication flowing to maintain high standards.
  • Handling reservations: Manage room bookings and changes, sometimes juggling a few at once (your inner multitasker will thank you).
  • Supporting teammates: Whether you’re lending a hand during busy periods or covering a colleague’s lunch break, you know we’re all in this together.
  • Supervisors: Guide and coach the team, handle feedback, and help create a motivating, positive environment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A customer-first mindset—genuine enthusiasm for helping others
  • Professional attitude and presentation (our guests notice!)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays
  • Existing residency inside the UAE

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, but new faces eager to learn are always welcome
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems or front desk tools
  • Confidence to handle a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries starting from 4,000 and up to 8,000 AED or beyond (based on experience & role)
  • Visa sponsorship and benefits in line with UAE labor laws
  • Real opportunities to grow and be promoted from within

  • On-the-job training for anyone new to hospitality, so you’ll never feel lost
  • An energetic workplace in Dubai’s Media City—never a dull moment!
