What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills in English (bonus points for additional languages)
- A positive, patient attitude — especially under pressure
- Basic computer literacy; you’re comfortable with email, chat, and simple data entry
- Previous experience in customer service or a people-facing role
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Dubai
