What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and a ready smile, setting the tone for their stay
- Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, always aiming for helpfulness and efficiency
- Resolve guest complaints tactfully and swiftly, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met without a hitch
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and special events to provide personalized recommendations
- Support the front desk team with check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures
- Document guest feedback and suggestions, helping us continually raise the bar for service
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
