What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors with a genuine smile and making sure they feel right at home from the moment they step in
- Handling incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Coordinating appointments, managing meeting rooms, and keeping the front desk organized
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks — think document handling, filing, and supporting different departments as needed
- Addressing client or guest concerns promptly, always aiming for a positive resolution
- Keeping records updated and ensuring all guest and staff information is confidential and accurate
- Lending a hand during busy periods — teamwork is part of our DNA here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least one year of experience in customer service, reception, or a related field
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start soon
- Friendly demeanor, a good listener, and a natural problem solver
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (emails, scheduling, simple data entry)
- Professional communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s business culture or experience in a similar fast-paced setting
- Additional language skills — Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or others
- A knack for staying organized even on the busiest days
