What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a smile (and meaning it — you set the tone for their visit)
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately using our digital system
- Delivering food and drinks promptly, making sure everything looks just right
- Checking in on guests throughout their meal, picking up on unspoken needs
- Clearing and resetting tables with a careful eye for cleanliness and detail
- Answering menu questions and offering thoughtful recommendations
- Pitching in where needed — whether it’s folding napkins or helping a lost tourist find their way
- Keeping communication smooth with the kitchen and bar to ensure service runs like clockwork
