About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself thriving in a fast-paced environment where every day brings an opportunity to make someone’s day just a little better? That’s what it feels like to work as part of our Customer Service team here in Jumeira, Dubai. Whether you love the energy of a buzzing front desk or the challenge of smoothing out a tricky customer query over the phone, we might just have the role that fits you perfectly. With immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, Front Desk Executives, and Receptionists, this is your chance to step into a dynamic, people-focused career.

About the Company

We’re a growing hospitality and services group based in the heart of Jumeira, known as much for our friendly culture as for our five-star approach to customer care. Our office isn’t just a workspace — it’s a hub where team spirit, collaboration, and empathy drive results (and where you’ll quickly learn that someone always has your back). Here, Fridays are for sharing wins and learning from the week, fueled by great coffee and a genuinely supportive environment. We’re passionate about growth — both as a company and for every individual who joins us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and visitors with a genuine, welcoming attitude — both in person and over the phone.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and face-to-face, ensuring every concern is addressed with care and professionalism.
  • Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and an eye for turning challenges into positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, following up as needed to ensure no issue slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinate with other departments to make sure customer requests are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks at the front desk, keeping reception areas organized and presentable.
  • Stay informed about company policies and services so you can always offer the best possible information.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or reception/front desk roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone, anytime.
  • A calm, positive, and solution-oriented approach, even when things get busy.
  • Strong organizational skills; you’re the type who likes to have things in order.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common office software.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or others).
  • Experience working with hospitality or service-sector companies in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of customer service or helpdesk software.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, fixed salary with regular reviews.
  • Supportive team culture that values your ideas and efforts.
  • Modern, comfortable office environment in the vibrant Jumeira district.
  • Exposure to a multicultural clientele and team — grow your personal network.
  • Opportunities to build your skills and take on new responsibilities as you expand your career.
  • Our workdays are lively, communicative, and you’ll never be left wondering what’s expected of you.

It’s a role where your personality and people skills are just as important as your resume. If you’re ready to make a real impact — and enjoy coming to work each day — then you’ll feel right at home with us.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For customer service, call center, and front desk roles within the hospitality sector in Dubai, you should expect a salary of at least 3,500–5,000 AED per month, depending on your experience and additional language skills. Similar roles in Jumeira, especially with reputable service companies, may offer higher pay towards the upper end of this range, particularly if you bring prior hospitality experience or strong communication abilities. It’s reasonable to negotiate within this bracket, knowing that companies also value a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
