What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and colleagues with professionalism and a smile
- Answering phones, responding to WhatsApp and email inquiries, and making sure everyone gets the help they need
- Supporting HR processes — think: helping schedule interviews, gathering staff info, and maintaining employee files
- Managing daily office tasks: recordkeeping, printing, and ensuring documents are filed (or found!) efficiently
- Keeping track of important paperwork as a Document Controller, making sure compliance is never in question
- Handling basic administrative duties, from ordering supplies to updating the office calendar
- Collaborating with a diverse, supportive team to create a welcoming, productive environment
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in at least one relevant office, admin, HR, or customer service role
- Good spoken and written English skills (bonus if you speak Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic)
- Comfort with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and respect for confidentiality
- Residency in Abu Dhabi or willingness to relocate
