What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a smile and making everyone feel welcome (Receptionist)
- Answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with installation and service teams
- Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting or directing them to the right specialist
- Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Supporting daily office operations, from managing emails to handling light paperwork
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on our products and services
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn—no experience necessary, we provide full training
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Professional appearance and punctuality
