About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Customer Service Staff Required – Dubai
Dubai runs on service. Every mall, clinic, and office tower depends on people who can greet a stranger, solve a problem, and send them on their way smiling. That’s where you come in. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, Receptionists, and Customer Support Assistants across five of the city’s busiest districts — Deira, Business Bay, Bur Dubai, Barsha, and Al Nahda. Whether you’re answering phones, welcoming visitors at a front desk, or handling queries over chat, this is frontline work with real responsibility from day one.
About the Company
We’re a recruitment partner connecting job seekers with established businesses across Dubai — from retail groups and hospitality operators to clinics and service offices. Our role is simple: match the right person to the right team, then make sure the paperwork, visa, and settling-in process doesn’t become your headache.
The companies we work with aren’t faceless corporations. They’re teams of twenty to two hundred people who notice when someone’s reliable, and who promote from within when they do. Many of our past placements are still with the same employer years later — which tells you something.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails or chat messages — often all before lunch
- Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and route enquiries to the correct department or person
- Keep records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company system
- Handle bookings, appointments, or order updates with accuracy and a calm tone
- Follow up on pending issues so customers aren’t left wondering what happened
- Support the wider team during busy periods — because peak hours are a team sport
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good spoken and written English — clear, polite, and easy to understand
- Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to help people
- A professional attitude, presentable appearance, and reliable attendance
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, reception, or retail
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, or any CRM system)
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog
- A valid UAE driving license (helpful for some locations, not essential)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Attitude and communication matter more here than a perfect CV.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,500 per month, depending on role, experience, and location
- Free employment visa — we handle the process, you focus on settling in
- Accommodation provided — one less thing to worry about in a new city
- Transportation to and from work
- Medical insurance covered
- Multiple locations across Dubai, so you can work closer to where you live
- Real chances to grow — several of our placements have moved into team lead roles within two years
Look, Dubai is competitive, and customer service roles are everywhere. What makes this different is the package — visa, housing, transport, and insurance all covered means your salary goes further than it looks on paper. If you’re good with people and ready to work, we’d like to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- A customer calls in furious about a delayed order and starts speaking over you before you can finish a sentence. How do you take control of that conversation without escalating it?
- Walk me through how you'd handle three things landing at once — a walk-in customer at the desk, a ringing phone, and an unread chat message. What do you deal with first, and why?
- What's your experience with CRM systems or customer databases? Which ones have you used, and how comfortable are you logging interactions while a customer is still in front of you?
- If a customer asks you something you genuinely don't know the answer to — say, a question about a department you've never dealt with — what do you actually do in that moment?
- How would you explain a delay or a policy a customer won't like, in a way that keeps them calm rather than making things worse?
- Tell me about a time a customer complaint was actually your fault, or your team's fault. How did you handle it?
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult or rude customer. What did you say, and how did it end?
- Have you ever had to juggle several tasks at once during a really busy shift? What was the situation, and how did you keep everything from falling apart?
- Think about a time you went out of your way for someone — a customer, a colleague, anyone — when you didn't have to. What happened?
- This role involves greeting people all day, every day, often the same faces and the same questions. How do you keep your energy and patience up when the work gets repetitive?
- You'll be working across a team during peak hours, and things can get tense. How do you handle it when a colleague isn't pulling their weight or snaps at you in front of customers?
- What made you want to work in customer service in Dubai specifically? What are you hoping to get out of this role over the next
