About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who thrives on helping others, picking up the phone with a smile, or being the first friendly face people see when they walk through the door? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Customer Service team in the bustling heart of Dubai’s Gold Souk. We're currently seeking Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, and Front Desk Associates to join us in making every client experience smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Whether you’re seasoned in customer care or ready to bring your positive energy into a new environment, there’s a spot here with your name on it.
About the Company
We’re a dynamic recruitment business with a laser focus on connecting talented individuals with standout companies across Dubai. Our office is a lively, multi-lingual hub nestled among the shimmering storefronts of the Gold Souk — and yes, lunch breaks spent window-shopping are a team favourite. Our culture is built on trust, respect, and the idea that every customer, whether they’re walking in or calling us up, deserves the best service we can deliver. We value ambition, curiosity, and a good sense of humour (our last team potluck featured both biryani and knock-knock jokes, if that tells you anything about us).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers in person or over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Handling inquiries, providing detailed information about services or products, and resolving issues efficiently
- Keeping client information accurate and up-to-date in our systems
- Coordinating appointments, service bookings, or follow-ups as needed
- Working closely with other team members to create a seamless, positive experience for every customer
- Upselling relevant services or promotions when appropriate (never pushy, always helpful)
- Maintaining a pleasant and organized front desk or call center area — it’s amazing how much difference a tidy space makes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are always a plus)
- A friendly, patient demeanor — you’re the calm in the storm when things get busy
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role: think call centers, hotel front desks, retail counters, or similar settings
- Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages — especially Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu
- Familiarity with the Gold Souk or Dubai retail/service environments
- Experience handling cash or payments at a front desk or reception
- A genuine love for helping people solve problems
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED3500 – 6000 per month, depending on your experience
- Opportunity to work right in the vibrant Gold Souk district
- Supportive, diverse team who celebrates wins (and birthdays!) together
- Clear pathways for advancement and skills training — we champion growth from within
- A mix of shifts for those who value flexibility, plus paid annual leave
- Coffee, snacks, and plenty of in-office laughter to go around
At the end of the day, it’s about more than just a paycheck — it’s the chance to build real connections, develop your skills, and be part of a team that values the role you play. If this sounds like your kind of workplace, we hope you’ll introduce yourself!
