About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how a single conversation can transform someone’s entire day? If you have a knack for putting people at ease and thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting, this could be your chance to be the friendly voice (or face) that turns first impressions into lasting relationships! We’re hiring for a range of Customer Service and Call Center roles — from tele-sales champs to front desk wizards — so whether you love a good chat or find joy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, there’s a spot for you on our team.

About the Company

We’re not your ordinary recruitment agency. Picture a bustling, supportive environment where every win is celebrated (expect weekly treat runs and high-fives for hitting targets). We partner with diverse companies across the UAE, which means your next role could see you working with a growing tech startup, a renowned retail chain, or even at the buzzing front desk of a luxury hotel. We’re big believers in giving people their start — many of our top performers began as freshers and have grown with us.

Collaboration is king here. Expect shout-outs in morning meetings, honest feedback, and a culture that champions both personal growth and having a little fun along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers with warmth and handling queries over the phone or in person — you’ll be the friendly face or voice folks remember
  • Responding to calls, emails, or chat messages with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
  • Handling complaints and finding creative solutions to ensure every customer leaves happy
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating information in the system
  • Supporting the sales team with follow-ups, lead generation, or light admin as needed
  • For reception/front desk roles: managing appointments, coordinating visitors, and handling daily office routines with a sense of calm professionalism
  • Tele-sales staff: Making outbound calls, explaining products or services, and hitting daily/weekly targets — all while building genuine rapport

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Good communication skills in English (extra languages? Even better!)
  • Basic computer literacy: you’re comfortable with email, typing, and using office tools
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn (we love helping freshers grow!)
  • Ability to join immediately (we’re ready when you are!)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
  • Multilingual abilities — Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or others are a plus
  • A knack for staying calm under pressure and juggling multiple tasks

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary: AED 2,200 – 3,500 plus performance incentives
  • You’ll be eligible for a company visa, medical insurance, and paid leave — the basics covered, as they should be
  • Regular motivation and support: we check in, we cheer on, and we genuinely care about your progress
  • Opportunities for career growth — prove yourself here, and there are clear paths forward
  • Mix of office-based and customer-facing experiences — never a dull moment
  • Friendly team, approachable management, and a culture where questions are welcome

You’ll join a company that values effort, celebrates milestones (big and small), and sees every team member as someone with potential. Ready to put your people skills to work and start building your career? Let’s connect!
