Our team is close-knit, sometimes even finishing each other’s sentences mid-shift (especially after our famous chai breaks). What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers with a friendly face and listen carefully to their needs—sometimes it’s as much about reassurance as it is about stain removal.
  • Respond to customer questions in person, over the phone, or by message; no question is too small, no issue too odd.
  • Handle and resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and a clear focus on solutions—yes, even when someone’s favorite shirt is involved!
  • Take and process orders with accuracy, making sure details are recorded just right.
  • Prepare sales invoices and billing (don’t worry, we’ll show you how; experience isn’t required).
  • Keep customers informed about services, pricing, special promotions, and timelines.
  • Pitch in with the team on busy days; you may find yourself folding, tagging, or chatting with the regulars.
  • Stay flexible—our peak hours aren’t always predictable, so some adaptability goes a long way.
