What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls quickly and professionally, offering solutions to customers’ questions and concerns
- Handling basic troubleshooting, scheduling, and follow-ups—you’re the go-to person for making things right
- Logging details of every call and updating our system so nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks
- Collaborating with your teammates to share updates and keep standards high
- Turning tricky situations into positive experiences—sometimes it’s about listening, sometimes it’s about thinking on your feet
- Occasionally handling email or live chat queries, depending on the day’s flow
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience—you know your way around a headset
- Clear, friendly English communication skills (another language is a bonus, but not required)
- Ability to keep your cool—especially under pressure or with a tricky customer
- Basic computer skills—you’re comfortable updating records and learning new systems
- Must currently be inside UAE
