What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm, professional welcome (think: you’re the face everyone remembers)
- Answering visitor questions—everything from ticketing to the best selfie spots
- Handling check-ins, ticket sales, and reservations smoothly and efficiently
- Managing guest concerns or complaints with empathy and a problem-solving mindset
- Coordinating with security and operations teams to ensure a seamless visitor flow
- Maintaining the reception area—tidy, organized, and ready for the next guest
- Supporting team members as needed with administrative tasks or special events
- Assisting with daily opening/closing procedures and basic record keeping
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk/reception role
- Strong English communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Professional appearance and a naturally welcoming attitude
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional language skills (especially Arabic or other widely spoken languages)
