What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors as the face of our company — whether that’s in person or over the phone — with genuine warmth and energy.
- Handle incoming calls and messages, directing queries to the right team members and making every caller feel valued.
- Maintain accurate records and manage schedules, ensuring things run smoothly in our busy office.
- Coordinate document handovers, visa paperwork, and other admin processes for both clients and candidates.
- Assist with day-to-day office support, from helping with interview setups to keeping common areas organized.
- Proactively spot ways to improve our customer service — your ideas will be heard!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience in the UAE.
- A presentable and approachable demeanor with excellent spoken English (other languages a plus).
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle tasks and keep things running without breaking a sweat.
- Proficiency with basic computer/software applications: email, MS Office, and the like.
- A can-do attitude, respectful to all, and genuinely happy to help others.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Previous accommodation management or visa processing experience.
- Additional spoken languages (especially Arabic, Hindi, Filipino, Urdu).
