What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face at our Barsha location—you’ll be in the thick of it!
  • Provide clear, accurate information about our services, products, and policies (no scripts, just real conversations).
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, understanding, and a focus on turning tough moments into positive experiences.
  • Document calls, emails, and meetings—keeping records tidy so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with your teammates and other departments to ensure customers get the best possible care.
  • Spot trends in customer questions or complaints, and share your insights—we want your input to make things better.
  • Stay current on company updates, new offerings, and the latest customer service tools we roll out.
