What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and genuine warmth, whether in person or over the phone
- Resolving guest queries in a timely, can-do manner—think of yourself as their inside guide to a great stay
- Maintaining accurate records using simple computer tools (nothing too technical, promise)
- Liaising with hotel teams to ensure special requests and feedback are handled smoothly
- Sharing suggestions for service improvements—your eyes and ears matter here!
- Occasionally supporting with admin tasks or light office duties when needed
- Being a reliable, positive presence—for your team and our guests alike
What You’ll Bring
- Good English communication skills (both listening and speaking—you know how to read between the lines)
- Basic comfort with computers: emails, spreadsheets, booking systems
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in hospitality, is a strong plus
- A natural ability to stay calm and friendly even during busy moments
