What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greet passengers at check-in counters, offering assistance with luggage drop-offs and ticket issues.
  • Guide travelers through boarding procedures, answering questions and keeping the process smooth.
  • Field inquiries ranging from lost baggage to connecting flights, finding the right answers or pointing them in the right direction.
  • Resolve complaints diplomatically, turning potential frustrations into positive moments.
  • Stay knowledgeable about airline policies, safety guidelines, and airport protocols — and make sure passengers do, too.
  • Collaborate with airline staff and security to ensure everyone’s on the same page, especially when things get busy.
  • Keep an eagle eye on documentation, making sure IDs and boarding passes are checked and compliant.
