What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering friendly, timely assistance
- Handling day-to-day office filing and data entry to keep our records accurate and accessible
- Supporting various onboarding activities for candidates and helping with documentation
- Maintaining accurate tracking of communications, applications, and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with teammates to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Occasionally lending a hand with additional administrative projects—no two days are quite the same
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in office, admin, or customer support roles
- Currently residing within the UAE
- A resourceful, helpful attitude and willingness to step up
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience with recruitment or HR processes
