About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever find yourself wondering what the wheels behind major Abu Dhabi transactions look like — and who’s keeping them turning smoothly? If you’ve built your skills tracking, managing, and coordinating a steady flow of official filings and documents, here’s your chance to step into a vital role. We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in transaction follow-up services to join a thriving office right in Khaldiya. It’s a full-time spot that promises more than a desk — it’s about becoming the trusted link between clients, authorities, and progress.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Khaldiya, our office has built its reputation on promptness, clarity, and a warm-but-efficient approach to every transaction — whether it’s licensing, renewals, or a flurry of legal paperwork. You’ll find our team chatting over Arabic coffee between client meetings, swapping tips about the latest government systems, or even celebrating a tricky approval with some impromptu lunch. We’re not a faceless call center; we pride ourselves on our steady, personal touch and the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing a client’s stress melt away.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and following up on document submissions, renewals, and other official transactions for our clients — no two days are exactly alike
- Communicating with local government departments (think: ministries, free zone authorities, and other offices) to ensure smooth, timely processing
- Keeping clients updated on the status of their paperwork, sometimes juggling deadlines or unexpected requests (your calm makes all the difference here)
- Troubleshooting snags — spotting missing info, resolving queries, and stepping in to smooth out any complications
- Maintaining accurate logs and tracking systems so nothing slips through the cracks
- Pitching in on everyday office teamwork, from brainstorming new follow-up methods to sharing insights that help the whole team (and our clients) do better
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience with transaction follow-up services (ideally in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE—bonus points if you know the Khaldiya landscape!)
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- A knack for detail — you know how vital that one missing stamp or signature can be
- Comfort with office technology and tracking tools (Excel, system portals, maybe even a favorite scheduling app)
- A collaborative style and a positive attitude, especially when deadlines loom
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with e-government systems or industry-specific processes (licensing, labor cards, etc.)
- A customer service mindset — you love turning questions into solutions
- Experience working with multinational clients or diverse teams
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Stable, full-time role at a respected office in a central Abu Dhabi location (Khaldiya)
- Fair, interview-based salary negotiation — we believe everyone’s experience and background deserves a closer look
- Supportive colleagues who know the landscape and are eager to help new hires settle in and succeed
- Opportunities to build your professional network across clients and government departments
- A culture that values both efficiency and the little human touches (team lunches, helpful feedback, celebrating wins)
- Room to grow — whether you’re tech-savvy and want to help us digitize more, or simply ready to expand your career in admin and client services
Every day here, you’ll help turn bureaucracy into smooth progress for real people. If this sounds like a place where you could thrive, let’s talk.
