About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered how Dubai’s most impressive skylines and structures rise from blueprints to bold reality? As a Head of Engineering Design or a Design Engineer at our renowned precast concrete factory, you’ll be the quiet force shaping that vision. In this high-impact role, your structural expertise and digital design skills don’t just sit on screens — they become the backbone of tangible, lasting projects across the UAE. Whether you’re an emerging leader or an ambitious engineer ready for the next step, this opportunity puts innovation directly in your hands (and your drawings).
About the Company
We’re more than just a factory — we’re a creative engineering hub rooted in collaboration, precision, and pride. Our Dubai-based team fuses top-tier technical skills with a strong dose of local ingenuity, working closely together through every phase of a project. Walk through our production halls or join a coffee break with our engineers, and you’ll sense the camaraderie and focus that power our success. We grow fast, think boldly, and celebrate practical wins — Friday site visits and lively design reviews included.
