What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across major social media platforms (think: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more)
- Collaborating with our recruitment consultants to promote job openings and company news
- Monitoring social media trends and audience engagement, tweaking strategies for better reach
- Responding to comments and messages to keep our online community buzzing
- Assisting with basic graphic design or video editing for posts (if you have the knack!)
- Gathering and analyzing metrics to report on campaign effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Currently residing in the UAE (this is a must for our clients)
- Comfort using popular social platforms and basic content creation tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with paid ads or boosting posts on social media
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or simple video editors
- Familiarity with recruitment or HR marketing (not essential, but a bonus!)
- Arabic language skills
