We’re on the lookout for a Lounge Expert Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with a business that believes in rewarding hustle and results. About Us
Our lounge isn’t just another spot on Sheikh Zayed Road—it’s where locals, expats, and city explorers unwind and connect. The atmosphere is warm but ambitious, with a team that shares a genuine camaraderie (impromptu staff mocktail competitions aren’t unheard of here). We’re entering an exciting phase focused on reinventing guest experiences and increasing our market share, and we know that great things happen when our people are empowered and trusted to make an impact.

- Jump in wherever you’re needed, from trouble-shooting tech to smoothing over a tricky customer interaction
- Report on key metrics and propose actionable improvements each month
- Drive the team towards sales targets, knowing your own pay will grow as the business does
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience managing (or assistant-managing) in a lounge, bar, or hospitality venue
- Demonstrated track record of increasing sales or growing patronage
- Sharp analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Hands-on leadership: you motivate by doing, not just directing
- Solid understanding of inventory, purchasing, and basic accounting
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a high-energy setting
- Valid UAE visa/work authorization required
- Good spoken English; Arabic or other languages a plus
Not sure you check every single box? If you’re passionate about people and business growth, we’d still love to talk.
