What You’ll Be Doing
- Approaching potential customers and showcasing our smart curtain motor solutions—whether in person, on the phone, or via social media
- Explaining how our products work, and making it easy for anyone to see the benefits (goodbye tangled cords, hello convenience)
- Recording customer interest, following up on leads, and working towards closing deals
- Supporting demonstrations and installations to make sure customers have a “wow, this really is smart” moment
- Staying on top of sales targets and regularly checking in with your supervisor to fine-tune your pitch
- Growing your knowledge of what’s trending in smart home tech, so you can speak confidently and answer customer questions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A genuinely outgoing personality—you’re comfortable striking up a conversation with just about anyone
- Some experience in sales, customer service, or another people-facing role (internships count!)
- Solid communication skills in English (bonus points if you speak Arabic, but not required)
- A readiness to learn fast—you don’t need to be a tech whiz, but curiosity helps
- Quick thinking and a problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous exposure to smart home products or electronics
- Familiarity with International City and Dubai neighborhoods
