About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever catch yourself noticing when every file is in its right place — and feeling pure satisfaction? As our next Document Controller in Al Quoz, Dubai, you won’t just tidy up information; you’ll become the backbone of our document flow, making sure the right people find the right files, every time. If clear processes, smooth systems, and a dash of order make your day, this spot might have your name on it. In a fast-paced business landscape like Dubai’s, this role matters more than ever.
About the Company
We’re not just another office in Al Quoz — though, yes, our coffee machine is excellent, and the team’s lunchtime recommendations never disappoint. Our culture? Think collaborative, quietly ambitious, and big on accountability. Every project here depends not just on great ideas, but on reliable structure, which means document control sits right at the heart of what we do. We’re growing, we value initiative, and we genuinely appreciate colleagues who keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy clear expectations but like a bit of flexibility in your day, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of the daily inflow and outflow of documents — both digital and physical — and making sure nothing gets lost or misfiled.
- Setting up, organizing, and maintaining our document management systems so they work for everyone (and yes, sometimes that means troubleshooting a stubborn file).
- Monitoring document revisions, updating logs, and issuing reminders to keep teams on track for deadlines.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure all project documents are current and compliant with internal standards.
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing controlled documents to the right people — sometimes under real deadlines (but with plenty of support).
- Conducting regular audits of documents and filing systems, flagging discrepancies, and helping fix them.
- Keeping a professional and approachable attitude, especially when helping colleagues navigate formats, folders, and retrieval.

- Currently based inside the UAE and available for a local interview.

- Previous work in construction, engineering, or similar industries where document control is central.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

We get that document control isn’t always about grandeur — but it is about the kind of quiet, steady impact that truly holds a team together. If you’re seeking respect for your organizational superpowers (and a real sense of belonging at work), we hope you’ll consider joining us.
