Our team operates out of Mussafah, supporting construction projects big and small all across Abu Dhabi. You’ll find us sharing quick chai breaks, troubleshooting in real time, and celebrating successful deliveries together. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing documentation for scaffolding materials—every checklist, invoice, and delivery slip gets your expert attention.
  • Keeping meticulous stock registers up to date, so the team always knows what’s on hand and what’s on the way.
  • Issuing, recording, and filing delivery notes for each transaction so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinating with customers: answering questions, clarifying orders, and occasionally just chasing down a missing signature.
  • Supporting the accounts department with documentation that keeps billing and reporting smooth.
  • Maintaining a well-organized physical and digital filing system (your knack for neatness will shine here).

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook especially—you’ll be living in spreadsheets).
    • Practice with documentation, filing, and inventory control—ideally in construction or a related industry.
    • Clear communication skills in English and a knack for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
    • Currently in the UAE with a valid visa.
    • Ready to join immediately.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience in scaffolding or logistics documentation.
    • Familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems.
