About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a change of pace behind the wheel? As a Driver serving the vibrant neighborhoods around King Faisal Street — think Al Yarmook, Al Qasimia, and even the energetic streets of Rolla Dubai — you’ll be much more than just a chauffeur. This isn’t your average driving gig: you’ll be entrusted with the daily routines, commutes, and special moments of individuals and families in one of the UAE’s most bustling corridors. If you take pride in driving safely, know your way around local roads, and enjoy being a reliable part of people’s daily lives, this role could be right up your alley.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit, service-driven team with a deep respect for the trust our clients place in us. Many of our drivers have been with us for years, and it’s not uncommon to hear laughter or friendly banter during morning meet-ups. We believe that professionalism and a personal touch go hand-in-hand — whether we’re coordinating a school run or a last-minute airport drop-off. Our work is shaped by the communities we serve, and we take pride in helping families and offices move through their days smoothly and safely. Fridays might mean a longer lunch, but our commitment to our clients is always top of mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely transporting clients (individuals or families) to and from destinations within King Faisal Street, Al Yarmook, Al Qasimia, Rolla Dubai, and nearby areas
  • Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-kept vehicle at all times — inside and out
  • Navigating changing traffic patterns and busy streets with calm efficiency
  • Assisting with occasional office errands, such as document deliveries or supply pick-ups
  • Keeping a close eye on schedules and ensuring timely arrivals and departures
  • Following all UAE traffic laws, safety protocols, and company guidelines
  • Providing a friendly, respectful, and discreet service at all times
  • Reporting any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents promptly to management

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license and current residency in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of local routes, shortcuts, and traffic patterns in the King Faisal Street area
  • Proven track record of safe, responsible driving
  • Professional, courteous attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Reliability — you show up on time and take pride in your work

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience transporting families or working as a personal/office driver
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance (checking oil, tire pressure, etc.)
  • Conversational skills in English or Arabic
  • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assignments

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive, timely salary and overtime pay for extra hours
  • Supportive team environment where your reliability is valued
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, people-focused role — every day is different
  • Well-maintained company vehicles provided
  • Potential for long-term stability and growth within the team
  • Respectful scheduling — we know your time matters
  • Friendly management that listens and recognizes hard work

We’re proud to serve a lively community and believe in supporting each other every step of the way. If you’re ready to put your driving skills to good use and be part of a team that genuinely cares, this could be your next great role.
