What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all electrical installation activities on multiple sites, ensuring teams deliver on both timelines and quality benchmarks
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a crew of electricians and technicians—step in where your expertise or troubleshooting is needed
- Interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings to guide the team through even the trickiest projects
- Enforcing strict compliance with DEWA and SEWA regulations—no corner-cutting when it comes to safety and code
- Coordinating with project managers and clients to keep everyone on the same page and ahead of deadlines
- Monitoring inventory and materials to keep projects humming (no one likes last-minute runs to the supplier)

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 8 years of hands-on electrical experience, ideally as a foreman or team lead
- Deep knowledge of DEWA and SEWA standards and the application of these standards in real-world projects
- Strong blueprint reading skills, with an eye for spotting both problems and opportunities in a plan
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train a diverse, multicultural workforce
- Familiarity with site safety, risk management, and quality assurance—these things matter to you
- Currently residing in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in mid- to large-scale contracting projects within Dubai or the UAE
- First Aid or HSE certification
