What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising electrical installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Interpreting and executing electrical drawings and plans, spotting issues before they become problems
- Coordinating daily tasks, materials, and site resources to keep things on track
- Monitoring work quality, compliance with regulations, and company standards
- Reporting progress, documenting site activities, and communicating challenges to project leadership
- Training and mentoring newer electricians — a little extra guidance goes a long way
- Addressing any on-site emergencies or last-minute changes with a calm, can-do approach
- Acting as the bridge between the project manager and your team (clear communication is half the battle)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience as an electrical foreman or supervisor
- Strong leadership ability and clear communication skills
- Good working knowledge of electrical drawings and technical reporting
- Willingness and ability to join immediately (no waiting period)
- Valid UAE driving license
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the region
- Basic computer skills for updating site reports
