About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about playing a hands-on role in shaping some of the UAE’s most eye-catching interiors? We're on the lookout for skilled Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Gypsum Workers, Finishing Carpenters (Astorji), and a Foreman (with a valid driving license and car) to join our expanding project teams. Across vibrant cities like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and beyond, you’ll get to leave your fingerprint (not literally!) on fit-out projects that define modern living and working spaces. If you’ve got an eye for detail and a passion for quality, this could be your next step.

About the Company

We’re not your typical construction company — our multidisciplinary team is more like a close-knit crew of craftspeople, problem-solvers, and go-getters. We believe that every successful project is built on collaboration, innovation, and a dose of good humor. Whether it's bouncing ideas around on coffee breaks or celebrating project milestones, you'll feel the camaraderie. Most of our work brings together energy from Abu Dhabi’s skyscrapers to Sharjah’s boutiques, so flexibility and an adventurous spirit go a long way here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Electricians: Install, connect, and maintain electrical systems for new fit-outs, always keeping safety up front.
  • Carpenters & Finishing Carpenters (Astorji): Shape, assemble, and install bespoke furniture, cabinetry, or detailed wood finishes that bring interiors to life.
  • Gypsum Workers: Cut, install, and finish gypsum boards, partitions, and ceilings with razor-sharp precision.
  • Painters: Bring spaces to life with smooth coats, crisp lines, and occasional creative touches for accent walls or special effects.
  • Foreman: Oversee teams on-site, coordinate workflow, handle day-to-day problem-solving, and keep projects ticking along (your driving license and car mean you’re mobile across multiple project locations).
  • All roles: Collaborate with site supervisors and interior designers, adhere to project deadlines, and always maintain high standards in safety and quality.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in your specialized trade
  • Solid background in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or retail)
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
  • For the Foreman: Valid UAE driving license and personal car (a must)
  • Can-do attitude, teamwork skills, and reliability

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience on high-end or technically complex interiors
  • Familiarity with UAE safety protocols and site practices
  • Passion for trying new techniques or tools
  • Visit visa holders especially encouraged — we welcome newcomers looking to plant roots in the UAE

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, always paid on time
  • Opportunity to work on varied, high-profile projects across all seven emirates
  • Supportive, multicultural team where everyone is respected
  • Clear path for career growth and upskilling (we love to promote from within)
  • Fair overtime policies and paid leave
  • Flexible, collaborative working culture — we get the job done, but we don’t forget to enjoy the process
  • For Foremen: travel allowances to keep your wheels moving

Joining us means you’re not just another pair of hands — you’re part of a team that values your expertise and contribution, every single day. Ready to help us build something exceptional?

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • What safety protocols do you follow when working on electrical or construction sites, particularly in the UAE?
  • For carpenters and finishing carpenters: How do you ensure precise measurements and flawless finishes, especially when working with custom or high-end fittings?
  • As a foreman, how do you coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts among team members, especially when managing multiple sites?
  • Describe a time when you had to troubleshoot an unexpected problem on-site. What approach did you take, and what was the outcome?
  • Painters: How do you deliver sharp lines and even coverage in challenging environments or when applying specialty finishes?

  • What tools, materials, or new techniques have you recently explored in your trade? How did they add value to your work?
  • Give an example of how you’ve managed tight project deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Our projects are often spread across different emirates. How do you adapt to working in new locations and with different teams?
  • In our team, we value enjoying the process as much as the final result. How do you contribute to positive team energy on-site?
  • Have you ever suggested an innovation or improvement in your work processes? How was it received by your team or supervisor?
  • What does quality craftsmanship mean to you, and how do you ensure it in your daily work?
  • How do you balance independent problem-solving with collaborating closely with your colleagues?
