What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
No two days on site are identical, but here’s a taste of what your week will look like:
- For Electricians: You’ll handle the full spectrum of electrical work, from the gritty rough-in phase (conduit installation, foundation wiring, and embedding) to the polished finishing works like fixtures, switches, and final connections. You’ll read blueprints like they’re your morning newspaper and ensure every installation meets both safety codes and project specs.
- For Workers: You’ll be the backbone of the site—supporting the crew with material handling, site clean-up, assisting with formwork and concrete pours, and jumping in wherever the day’s demands take you. It’s physical, honest work that keeps the project moving forward.
- Both roles: Expect to coordinate closely with supervisors and other trades to keep the workflow smooth. You’ll also be responsible for keeping your tools and work areas organized—because a tidy site is a safe site, plain and simple.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:
- For Electricians: Solid, hands-on experience with electrical rough-in and finishing works, specifically in a contracting environment. You should be comfortable with both the heavy lifting of the foundation stage and the fine details of the final trim-out.
- For Workers: Previous experience in contracting works—whether that’s general labor, assisting trades, or site prep. We need people who know their way around a construction site and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- UAE experience is essential. We need people who already understand the pace, the standards, and the expectations of working here.
- Seriousness and commitment. We value folks who show up on time, stay focused, and treat every task—big or small—with the same level of care.
- Ability to handle work pressure. Deadlines are real, and we need a team that keeps its cool when things get busy.
- You must be currently inside the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi.
