What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
This is a role for someone who likes to be in the thick of it, leading from the front. You won't be stuck behind a desk, that's for sure. Your day-to-day will be a mix of planning, supervising, and getting your hands dirty when needed. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day MEP operations on-site, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
- Coordinating with your team of technicians, assigning tasks, and making sure everyone has what they need to work safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, catching any snags early on before they escalate.
- Liaising with clients and building management to keep them updated and address any concerns—communication is key, and you'll be our go-to person on the ground.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues that arise. You’ll be the one keeping the paperwork in order.
- Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations—it’s non-negotiable, and you’ll be the one setting the example.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:
