What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the crew on-site — from coordinating daily tasks to making sure everyone knows exactly what needs to happen and when. You’re the one setting the pace.
- Hands-on supervision of membrane and combo system installations — this is your bread and butter. You’ll be checking workmanship, ensuring proper overlap, and catching issues before they become costly callbacks.
- Managing roof and foundation insulation projects from prep to finish, making sure the substrate is ready and the materials are applied correctly — because in this climate, there’s zero room for error.
- Coordinating with project managers and engineers on progress, materials, and any site-specific challenges that pop up. You’re the bridge between the office and the field.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, verifiable experience in waterproofing, with a particular focus on membrane and combo systems. We’re not looking for someone who’s just dabbled — we need someone who’s done it all: liquid membranes, sheet membranes, the works.
- Strong knowledge of roof and foundation insulation — both the technical side and the practical application.
