What You’ll Be Doing
- For Painters: Prepping surfaces properly — that means cleaning, sanding, and priming before any paint hits the wall. You’ll be applying coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers, depending on what the job calls for. Matching colors and finishes is part of the deal too, so a good eye for detail goes a long way here.
- For Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across our project sites. That includes wiring, lighting fixtures, panels, and ensuring everything meets safety standards. You’ll also be reading blueprints and technical diagrams, so comfort with the technical side of things is a must.
- Both roles: Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades to keep the workflow smooth. Keeping your workspace tidy and tools in good shape is expected — nobody likes hunting for a missing wrench at 4 PM.
- Quality control: Checking your own work before signing off. If something doesn’t look or function right, you fix it before it becomes someone else’s problem.
What You’ll Bring
