About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to keep Dubai’s vibrant skyline glowing, one building at a time? If you’re an experienced electrician already based in the UAE and prefer rolling up your sleeves over endless paperwork, this opportunity might just be what you’ve been searching for. We are seeking a reliable Electrician for an urgent, full-time role in Al Garhoud—someone ready to hit the ground running and bring real expertise to a team that values safety and teamwork as much as skill.

About the Company

We’re a locally rooted team with strong ties across Dubai’s bustling construction and property development sectors. You know those impressive office lobbies and welcoming residential spaces? There’s a good chance we’ve helped light them up literally and figuratively. Our approach is built on collaboration, respect, and the belief that great work deserves recognition—Monday mornings here often start with coffee and a good laugh before boots hit the ground. We take our craftsmanship seriously, but never forget the human side of the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and residential properties—sometimes it’s a new fit-out, sometimes it’s keeping the old wiring in check.
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and safely, whether it’s tracking down a tripped breaker or faulty sockets.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical documents—clear communication with supervisors and teammates is key.
  • Ensuring all work meets UAE electrical safety codes and internal quality standards.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance calls and prioritizing urgent repairs, especially in high-demand settings.
  • Coordinating with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, construction) to deliver on project timelines without cutting corners.
  • Keeping detailed records of work done, parts used, and materials required for future reference.
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace—leaving each site just a little better than you found it.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on electrical work experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC region).
  • Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Currently residing in the UAE, with immediate or short-notice availability.
  • Working proficiency in English (Arabic a bonus, but not required).
  • A solid grasp of local safety regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if urgent repairs are needed.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Trade certification or diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Familiarity with commercial building systems and automated controls.
  • Valid UAE driving license for on-call site visits.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—hands-on experience and the right attitude count for a lot.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Ongoing, stable work with opportunities to tackle a variety of projects—not just the same jobsite every day.
  • Competitive, on-time salary with overtime pay for urgent call-outs.
  • Supportive management that values safety, communication, and your professional growth.
  • Team camaraderie—yes, there’s a WhatsApp group for the crew, and yes, birthdays are celebrated.
  • Work uniforms and gear provided so you can focus on the job, not your laundry.
  • Located in convenient, well-connected Al Garhoud—beat the city traffic and enjoy the local food scene.

We’re a place where skilled hands and good people are always welcome. If you’re ready for your next chapter in Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline, we can’t wait to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 2,500–4,000 AED per month for a full-time electrician role in Dubai, especially with a couple of years’ hands-on experience and solid knowledge of local codes. Many companies also offer overtime, so your total monthly earnings could be even higher if you’re flexible with urgent call-outs. Candidates with trade certification or strong expertise in commercial properties might be able to negotiate towards the upper end of this range.
